Ensure adherence to quality, compliance, and operational standards.
Drive revenue growth through effective outbound sales strategies.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Experience as an Operations Team Lead in an international process.
Strong exposure to the Hospitality/Travel domain preferred.
Proven experience in Outbound Sales and team management.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
