The Role
- Own and expand the DACH market
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Account Executives
- Stay hands‑on in closing mid‑market SaaS deals
- Build pipeline and drive revenue within a clearly defined ICP
- Work closely with founders and GTM leadership
