Responsibilities

The Sales Support Specialist succeeds in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment and possesses strong negotiation and communication skills. They are primarily responsible for the conversion of sales leads to leasing appointments, ensuring we are achieving sales and vacancy targets.

• Develop and maintain a strong, productive working relationship with the teams for all assigned communities.
• Demonstrate excellent sales abilities in converting prospect phone calls into leasing appointments.
• Respond to email leasing inquiries in order to convert inquiries into leasing appointments.
• Display excellent communication skills in accurately updating leasing team members of all new appointments.
• Maintain accurate record of all prospects in databases for statistical reporting purposes.
