About The Role
We’re looking for a motivated and people-oriented Sales Support to join our Sales Department in Spain. In this role you’ll coordinate the whole promotion journey, attend events, and act as a key link between our independent Members/Distributors and internal Herbalife teams. Your proactive communication, problem‑solving skills, and understanding of the Herbalife Marketing Plan will help ensure an exceptional Member experience and sustained business growth.
In This Role You Will
- Act as primary contact for Herbalife Members / Distributors in your region, providing ongoing support and guidance.
- Build and maintain strong, trust‑based relationships with Members, ensuring consistent communication.
- Lead support of Distributor recognition initiatives and support events, trainings, and awards programs.
- Analyze performance and consumption metrics to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
