Sales Support Representative (German Speaker) (Madrid)

Overview

The Sales Support Representative is responsible for assisting and supporting the day‑to‑day activities of sales account managers while developing critical sales skills with the objective of effectively transitioning to an outside sales job in the company's sales organization.

What you will be doing

• Support and collaborate with the sales team by working as a liaison between sellers and operational teams to drive business/sales forward in support of our customer base.
• Update and ensure accuracy of CRM, including but not limited to logging activity, tasks, converting leads, updating opportunities, and creating quotes.
• Execute outbound communications to initiate the creation of appointments and active participant attendance for various events, including any follow‑up activities and next steps.
