Required Qualifications Experience: Minimum 2+ years of administrative support, procurement coordination, B2B sales support, or property/facility operational assistance.

Industry Familiarity: Previous experience working in building maintenance, construction, MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) services, or commercial real estate is highly preferred but not required.

Technical Skills: High proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 (strong Excel skills for parsing service pricing matrices) and professional CRM tools

Presence: Must be fully willing and capable of working 100% on-site daily to facilitate quick, in-person communication with the local operations and estimating departments.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills for collaborating across multi-functional engineering, sales, and client teams.
