What will you do?
- You will work closely with our distributor network & managing projects.
- You will advise customers on the best solutions.
- Throughout each project, you will build and maintain strong commercial relationships with your customers.
- You will manage the entire order process, from design and quotation through to production, delivery, and after-sales follow-up.
- You will communicate daily with customers and suppliers to ensure orders are completed accurately and on time.
- You will handle customer complaints professionally by investigating issues and implementing appropriate solutions, working closely with the Account Manager when needed.
- You will monitor backorders and process product returns accurately and efficiently.
- You will ensure accurate invoicing, prepare credit notes, and follow up on outstanding payments.
