The Sales Support Executive is responsible for providing efficient administrative and operational support to the sales team while ensuring accurate contract processing, account management, and high-quality after-sales service. The role focuses on maintaining data accuracy, enhancing customer satisfaction, and ensuring smooth coordination between sales and internal departments.
Responsibilities
Contract & Payment Processing
- Vetting invoices and document them in the CRM (customer relationship management).
- Upgrading/downgrading the services according to their paid tenure.
- Logo uploading and Brand Marketing Jeffie’s via JEFFI portal.
- Initiate calls to the sales representative and provide after sales services promptly and professionally.
- Stay in touch with the sales department for their product/packages processing in a better and efficient way so they can get timely informed on their Package related issues.
