We are seeking a talented and motivated Sales Support Coordinator to join our dynamic team.

• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently using Microsoft Dynamics AX and CRM.
• Manage the end-to-end order lifecycle, from receipt through delivery and invoicing, ensuring orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.
• Issue purchase orders to factories and third‑party suppliers and monitor their progress to ensure timely fulfilment.
• Coordinate local and international shipments, working closely with logistics providers, warehouses and manufacturing sites.
• Prepare delivery documentation, including invoices, delivery notes and shipping documents.
