Status: Regular, Full time
Reporting To: Regional Sales Manager
Key Accountabilities
- 60% • Support the Sales Team by performing back‑end tasks, enabling salespeople to focus on sales more efficiently and productively. Increase Sales Return on Investment (ROI) and customer satisfaction.
- 25% • Constantly and consistently engage in activities to improve personal product knowledge, technical expertise and sales fundamentals in preparation to become an Account Manager.
- 15% • Work cooperatively with the sales team to support the administration of sales functions when required.
Duties
- Ensure all job functions are performed in accordance with the Standard Practice Instruction (SPI) Manual.
