Sales Support Analyst with Travel Opportunities

PBS Systems is seeking a Sales Support Analyst who is bilingual in French and English, located in Calgary, AB. This role includes travel across Canada and the U.S., ensuring client issues are promptly addressed.
As a key member of the Client Services team, you'll provide outstanding support via various channels. You will log and escalate issues as needed, collaborate with internal teams, and continually improve service delivery. Meeting KPI targets and attaining program certifications are essential parts of your role.
