Sales Support Analyst

Responsibilities

• Provide sales and service assistance to Relationship Managers in serving consolidated banking customers
• Ensure that all service queries are resolved in a timely manner
• Resolve sales problems by identifying and selecting solutions from acquired technical experience and precedent
• Deliver quality service to customers and refer potential customers to Relationship Managers
• Assist in meeting overall branch sales and service goals
• Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm’s reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, and adhering to policy
• Apply sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency
