Requirements
- Proven experience as call center supervisor or similar supervisory position.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a sales role with at least 1 of that year in a supervisory role.
- Proven ability to successfully lead and motivate a sales team.
- Experience in customer service is essential.
- Proficient in English.
- Knowledge of performance evaluation procedures.
- Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities.
- A results‑oriented approach.
- Excellent organizational, time management and leadership skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- High degree of integrity and accountability.
