**What you'll do**:
**Job Summary**
Provide direction and manage day to day functions of the Customer Care Technical Support Center located in Queretaro, Mexico.
This position must also work closely with support management in the various Eaton Care support locations including National Sales and Project Management Organization.
**Responsibilities**:
- Lead and provide direction to multiple Inside Sales Engineer teams of the Electrical and Industrial Sector.
- Develop effective relationship with USA team that they're supporting
- Lead day to day activities within the EatonCare Inside Sales Engineer team.
