Summary
The Sales & Stock Support at the Vancouver Shoe Boutique (Holt Renfrew) provides administrative and back-of-house support to the boutique team, ensuring inventory integrity, operational organization and high standards of customer service. The role supports shop floor activity as needed and partners with Fashion Advisors and management to maintain boutique standards. This is a permanent, full-time position reporting to the Shoe Boutique Manager.
Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain strong client relationships in-person and by phone, and accurately document and deliver messages to Fashion Advisors.
- Support shop floor activities including welcoming clients, presenting collections and escorting clients as appropriate.
- Manage back-of-house operations: shipments, transfers, cycle counts, consolidation and inventory organization.
