Responsibilities
- Conduct field sales visits to support distributor partners and expand retail presence in hardware and tool stores. Identify and onboard new retail accounts (hardware stores, construction material retailers, etc.).
- Train and educate store staff on product features, benefits, and sales techniques. Monitor competitor activity and market trends, providing feedback to the regional sales manager.
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets within the assigned territory.
- Prepare regular sales reports, including market insights, customer feedback, and progress updates.
- Build strong, long-term relationships with distributors and retail partners.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of field sales or retail channel development experience, preferably in hardware, tools, construction materials, or related industries.
