As the field moves from clinical trials into real‑world practice, providers are encountering patients whose histories look nothing like pre‑screened research cohorts — and no standardized intake system exists to bridge that gap.

MycoMind fills that gap. Our platform maps a patient's medical, psychological, physical, and familial history against DSM‑V and clinical contraindication frameworks, generating a red/yellow/green readiness assessment with personalized guidance for both patient and facilitator. We work with licensed facilitators, retreat operators, and research institutions across the US, Europe, and Latin America.
