Your role and responsibilities

Architect complex event‑driven solutions using Apache Kafka and Apache Flink, and lead the technical relationship with strategic enterprise accounts.

Own the technical discovery process, mapping business pain points to Confluent product value propositions using the CLUSTER framework.

Serve as a trusted thought partner, driving the “technical win” during critical phases of the customer lifecycle.

Lead comprehensive technical discovery sessions with high‑value prospects to uncover customer challenges and the underlying why.
