Job Description
- Support in processing monthly warranty claims, including encoding, checking, and payment to the ASC/ASD.
- Monitor original invoices and follow-up monthly reports from the ASC/ASD.
- Update the ASA and KUM dashboard.
- Reach out to survey detractors to understand the specific reasons they encountered issues.
- Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
Qualifications
- Flexible go-getter available to start in the last week of August 2025, ready to work 3 times a week (3x onsite, 2x WFH).
- Prepared for a minimum 500-hour internship commitment.
