Sales / Service Advisor vacancy in newcastle!

Basic Salary up to £25,000 + Bonus (OTE up to £31,720)

Full-time – Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm (37.5 hours)

We are currently recruiting for a Sales & Service Advisor to join a successful branch in the Newcastle Area. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work in a customer-facing position, combining sales, service support, and administration in a busy and varied environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver excellent customer service at the counter, over the phone, and by email.

Advise customers on a wide range of products and services, taking orders accurately and efficiently.

Manage bookings for trailer hire, towbar fitting, and related workshop services.

Ensure stock is correctly received, displayed, and well presented to maximise sales opportunities.

Support the workshop team with workflow coordination and timely updates.
