Responsibilities
- Promote the Company and prospect for new customers.
- Formulate, implement and execute sales strategies/plans to maximize sales and increase market share.
- Achieve sales budgets set by the Company.
- Build and maintain good rapport with customers.
- Be responsible for payment collection and credit recommendation.
- Service existing customers to ensure customers’ satisfaction and loyalty with aim of growing sales.
- Feedback and/or analyze market information.
- Understand customer requirements and formulate proposals with assistance of professional services team.
- Conduct sales oriented presentation and discussions with customers and prepare relevant correspondence for closure of sales.
- Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service.
