Main activity.
Coordinate activities related to the final customer, establish, and maintain communications with all departments involved, including Planning, Engineering, and Sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning:
Assess production planning and requirements in collaboration with Materials M/MX.
2. PO Management:
Support and coordinate PO management with the Sales Admin team.
3.Production Status Oversight:
Act as the primary window with Materials M/MX to review production status, backlog, delayed orders, special expedite requests, and facilitate daily communication.
4. Customer Communication:
Serve as the main point of contact for clients to provide updates on production-related matters and communicate potential constraints.
