About the Role
We are seeking a
full-time Bilingual Virtual Sales Assistant (English/Spanish)
to support our sales operations by handling inbound inquiries, conducting follow-ups, and assisting with booking and scheduling. This role will interact with both English- and Spanish-speaking customers and is primarily sales-focused, with the opportunity to support light operational tasks as business needs evolve.
This position requires strong communication skills, consistency, and the ability to manage a high volume of customer interactions throughout the workday.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to inbound sales inquiries via phone, email, and text in both English and Spanish
Conduct outbound follow-ups with new and existing leads
Qualify leads by gathering accurate move details (dates, locations, inventory, access notes, etc.)
Assist with booking moves and scheduling estimates
Maintain accurate and detailed CRM records
