Sales Representative Service West

Your role

As a Sales Representative for the CTS Service business you’ll manage and grow a portfolio of customers, helping them improve uptime and performance through tailored service and aftermarket solutions.

Supporting customers across mining, industrial and production environments, you will play a key role in helping maximise uptime, reduce costs and improve equipment reliability.

What you'll be doing: 

• Managing and growing an existing customer base

• Selling service agreements, parts & aftermarket solutions

• Identifying opportunities to improve customer equipment performance

• Building trusted, long‑term relationships

• Conducting regular site visits and engaging face‑to‑face with customers across your territory

• Working closely with service technicians and internal teams

• Developing your territory and pipeline
