What will you do? Your role highlights

• You will be responsible of the campaign follow-up: to control the fulfillment of daily and weekly budget and forecast.
• You will manage the clients claims and improve its rate.
• You will inform the customers of delays, excess quantities, or shortages.
• You will propose solutions to the SM in case of shortages or product excess.
