Job Overview
As a Sales Representative in the Ear, Nose & Throat (ENT) business, you will maintain and grow Medtronic’s presence in the Center of Spain, primarily based in Madrid or nearby. You will work under the Iberia Business Manager to achieve financial and non‑financial targets while enhancing Medtronic’s reputation in the market.
Responsibilities
- Analyse the marketplace, develop an effective territory/account sales strategy, and present the strategy to management for approval.
- Execute all activities to maximize sales, from product introduction and presentation to contract negotiation, aligned with the sales strategy and coverage resources.
- Identify and engage key decision makers (clinical, administrative/economic) and key opinion leaders in all accounts; report progress via the provided systems and to the district manager regularly.
