As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating revenue growth year over year by achieving sales goals and meeting requirements for client service excellence.

- Generate monthly new client revenue (fees) while maintaining the volume brought in from previous months.
- Generate a full pipeline and convert prospects/leads into factoring opportunities.
- Follow up with prospects and existing clients to develop new business.
- Manage a Factoring client portfolio that will support the continued growth of the company.
- Work in conjunction with the team to achieve and improve upon targets and objectives.
