Summary
Engage with HCPs (specialists, residents, OR nurses and hospital allied healthcare professionals) and provide information about the approved indication, product efficacy and safety profiles to support on‑label use for appropriate patients. Serve as experts on Baxter’s anesthesia, understanding its use, clinical and patient benefit to effectively communicate to target customers and achieve the goal of boosting sales and contributing to long‑term growth. Work with commercial leaders to develop local strategy and business plans to meet or exceed sales and call execution goals in the assigned territory. Comply with all regulations, both Baxter and Local Market, regarding interaction with healthcare professionals, government officials and other external stakeholders.
