We are seeking a motivated, organized, and customer-focused Flooring Sales Associate to join our growing team in the Waterloo region. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a combination of sales, technical knowledge, estimating, customer service, and hands‑on field work.

The successful candidate will work directly with homeowners, builders, property managers, restoration companies, and contractors to help guide flooring selections, prepare estimates, conduct site measurements, and manage projects from initial contact through installation.

This is not simply a retail showroom position. The role requires a strong understanding of flooring systems, jobsite conditions, customer communication, and sales development.
