Role Description
We are seeking an experienced Sales Recruiter to support our high‑growth Sales organization. This 6‑month contract role is high‑volume, fast‑paced, and requires a talent partner who thrives in ambiguity. The recruiter will manage the entire hiring process from initial sourcing to offer acceptance or be in a split model, helping us scale our Go‑To‑Market teams.
Location: Hybrid schedule – minimum 3 days a week in‑office.
Responsibilities
- Source, recruit, and hire high‑caliber sales professionals for fast‑paced Go‑To‑Market teams.
- Operate effectively in a fluid, rapidly changing environment, turning abstract hiring needs into structured talent pipelines.
