Monitor and maintain data accuracy, lead verification, and quality control processes
Review and ensure proper handling of leads and CRM-based lead flow
Check conversations, chats, and responses for quality, accuracy, and timely communication
Maintain and update monthly reports and verification records Who We Are Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree (Freshers & experienced both can apply)
Strong understanding of English reading & written communication
