Sales and Purchasing Assistant (SPA)

Location: Naga City, Camarines Sur

We are currently seeking a Sales and Purchasing Assistant (SPA) who will support the sales and purchasing department in achieving its business objectives and conducting its day-to-day operations.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Assists the Sales & Purchasing Specialist in creating purchase orders, coordination with suppliers, and various reports
• Performs canvassing of items and suppliers when needed
• Ensures timely and accurate delivery of items purchased
• Maintains updated supplier list

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science (BS) graduate with a degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or its equivalent
• At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position
