Advanced level DIY sales position with expert knowledge of DIY business, store operations, automotive systems, and parts.
Responsible for advanced automotive problem resolution, including identification, troubleshooting, and project assistance for DIY customers. Source parts from multiple outlets (special order, FDO, second source, etc.) and possess in‑depth knowledge of store inventory and maintenance processes.
Primary Responsibilities
- Provide best‑in‑class customer service and DIY issue resolution.
- Deliver GAS3 selling experience for all DIY customers via walk‑in, online orders, and phone.
- Achieve personal/store sales goals and service objectives.
- Manage DIY services such as testing, battery installation, and wiper installs.
- Ensure high standards of customer service and store appearance.
- Key holder duties (task assignment, safety, open/close).
