Responsibilities
- Reporting to the Director of Sales Planning & Incentive Compensation, the Sales Planning and Compensation Lead will own the execution and evolution of Flex’s sales compensation program, including commission administration, territory design, quota setting, and performance analytics
- This role sits within Revenue Strategy & Operations and partners closely with Sales, Finance, and People to ensure our incentive programs are accurate, scalable, and aligned with business goals
- This is a highly cross-functional role that combines strategic thinking with operational execution
- You’ll play a key role in shaping how Flex incentivizes and scales its revenue organization as the business grows
