Responsibilities
- Act as primary contact for sales teams, providing guidance on products, policies, commissions, and procedures related to pre‑sale activities.
- Interpret and apply business rules consistently across stakeholders.
- Produce analysis and reporting to track performance, identify trends, and support business reviews, including preparing recommendations for exception cases.
- Partner with Sales Leadership to resolve issues, clarify policies, and support consistent execution.
