• Achieve weekly and monthly sales and vacancy targets
• Inspect vacant suites for Rent Ready status
• Maintain model suites to exemplary standards
• Develop leasing strategy alongside regional teams
• Conduct market surveys and mystery shop competitors
Requirements:
• 1-2 years of sales or customer service experience
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Yardi
