Responsibilities

• Responsible for capturing customer orders accurately and efficiently into the ERP system to achieve the fixed service level requirements expected for order cycle time deliveries and % of perfect orders.
• Responsible for business interface monitoring, accurately and efficiently managing interfaces in the system, determining a business solution on alerts and issues.
• Skilled in different order entry channels such as EDI, optical character recognition tool, Web portal and CRM, with general knowledge of sales order management to identify and solve integration issues.
• When relevant, create orders manually in the ERP (by mail, mass upload, and fax) according to customers’ requirements and based on business rules for third‑party sales processes.
• Review and validate orders in the optical character recognition tool, update as needed, and resolve issues.
