Position Summary
The Sales Operations & Support Manager is responsible for preparing pricing and margin analysis for quotes that deviate from outlined policies, ensuring proper adherence and tracking of quote approval for compliance with the Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX). The Sales Pricing Analyst will work cross-functionally with other pricing analysts and business partners in analyzing, processing, and documenting Deviation of Policy quotes.
Job Responsibilities
- Completes in-depth Deviation of Policy (DOP) pricing analysis to drive profitability and win deals; reports deal level results to executive leadership.
- Creates pricing strategies to improve margin and revenue for the business.
- Works cross‑functionally with business partners to validate deal economics and implement recommended changes.
