• You’ve done this before. You’ve built or rebuilt a sales operation, designed funnels for more than one customer segment, and launched a CRM people actually used.
• You’re an AI-native orchestrator. You don’t just use ChatGPT to draft emails — you’ve shipped AI-powered workflows that replace, augment, or surface decisions across the revenue stack.
• You partner well with sales leaders. The Sales Manager is your closest collaborator, not your subordinate or boss. You bring the system; they bring the team. Ego-light, outcome-heavy.
