Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
_Sales Systems & Ticket Support_
- Serve as first-level support for sales and revenue systems, including Salesforce, SalesLoft, Gong, Magentrix, ZoomInfo, Mindtickle, DealHub, GeoPointe, Trellus, Chili Piper, Traction Complete, DocuSign, and related tools.
- Manage intake, triage, and resolution of inbound sales operations tickets.
- Resolve a majority of routine issues independently and elevate complex issues as needed.
- Track ticket volume, backlog, and resolution timelines to support continuous improvement.
_CRM Data Hygiene & Auditing_
- Conduct routine (weekly and monthly) audits across CRM objects to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
- Identify and correct data gaps that may impact reporting, pipeline visibility, or forecasting.
