The Sales Operations Specialist is responsible for providing sales related support to our sales teams.
Understands sales strategies and internal processes to assist the sales team's strategic focus on the sales cycle.
**What you will be doing**:
- Supports the CAM sales team in their sales efforts to meet AOP
- Assists in data entry to be able to provide information to the customers to ensure customer satisfaction
- Researches and responds to inquiries regarding sales orders and responds to both employee's and customer's inquiries
- Understands current sales strategies, internal processes and departments involvement in the sales and support to customers
