The Deal Desk Support Specialist acts as the operational bridge between Sales, Legal, and Finance. The main goal is to help Sales move fast (deal velocity) while making sure the company isn’t exposed to financial or legal risks (compliance).
Responsibilities:
Contract Generation & Routing
- Audit & Draft: Reviews deal terms and generates Service Order Forms (SOFs) for new sales, renewals, and conversions.
- Legal Liaison: Escalates custom clauses and contract redlines to the Legal team.
- DocuSign Management: Prepares, routes, and tracks envelopes for final execution.
- Data Logging: Cross-references signed agreements with internal systems to ensure data accuracy.
Sales Request Triage
- Queue Filtering: Monitors incoming tickets and filters out non-deal desk requests. <...
