Sales Operations Specialist

The Role

The Sales Operations Specialist is responsible for queue management and handling transactions from credit application stage through funding. The role works with Business Development Managers, vendors, and external parties to ensure documentation is complete and accurate, all credit conditions are satisfied, and transactions are coordinated across internal teams.

• Serve as the principal point of contact for policy and process‑related questions and escalations from sales reps and business partners.
• Support team structure activities to improve relationships, reduce attrition, and enhance performance.
• Facilitate team huddles/meetings to ensure cohesion and engagement.
