Sales Operations Specialist (Barcelona)

Your Role

As a Sales Operations Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting the Sales Team by ensuring accurate and efficient order management, while contributing to an excellent customer experience across all commercial interactions.

What You’ll Do

• Support Sales Management in achieving departmental objectives
• Manage and process customer orders in ERP Navision, ensuring accuracy and proper follow-up
• Coordinate with customers, sales representatives, agents, and internal departments
• Handle customer inquiries, claims, and incidents in a professional and timely manner
• Monitor shipments and deliveries to ensure correct execution
• Prepare and send product samples to clients and prospects
• Support invoicing and administrative processes
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
