Sales Operations Manager – responsible for managing sales data, analytics, and dashboards to support sales teams and executive decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure Gross to Net (G2N) meets target
- Execute monthly product reconciliation for General Trade to maintain minimal stock variance
- Provide monthly dashboards to top management and channel leads
- Collaborate with commercial excellence team on product focus and dashboard reporting
- Provide monthly analytics on market return
- Serve as key liaison with Supply Chain on sales ordering patterns to achieve healthy forecast accuracy
- Consolidate and report incentive achievements for Haleon sales team and distributors
- Ensure aging for distributor and key accounts is reduced
