Sales Operations Lead — Scale GTM & Salesforce

Ersilia is seeking a Sales Operations Manager in Chile to enhance its go-to-market systems. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years' experience in Sales Operations and strong expertise in Salesforce optimization.

This role offers the opportunity to modernize and scale a Salesforce-centric revenue stack, working across various functions, including Sales, Marketing, and IT.

The position comes with competitive compensation ranging from CLP 50M to 55M per annum.
