The Sales Operations I provides day-to-day account interaction and order processing services for the customer.
The role manages the account operations for specific accounts, including the appropriate execution of product and service contract provisions.
The Sales Operations I acts as a focal point and monitors customer problems to ensure that they are handled as efficiently and effectively as possible.
