**The role**:
As an Analyst Support member, you will report directly to the NA R&B Sales Operation Leader and be responsible for providing essential support to our sales community.
Your primary focus will be on maintaining accurate data within our CRM system, facilitating sales operations activities, and leveraging sales enablement tools to drive business success.
- Collaborate with the North America sales operations team to ensure accurate updates and maintenance of the CRM system.
- Generate ad hoc reports and conduct audits of contacts and accounts via CRM to ensure data integrity.
- Populate CRM records with CRB leader and account status information.
- Add new accounts to the CRM system and confirm NA HQ location during weekly reviews.
- Correctly tag campaigns in CRM and create and track client engagement records.
