An award-winning digital transformation company specializing in rapid application development leveraging the OutSystems low-code platform is looking for a Sales Operations Coordinator to be the operational backbone of their commercial function. You'll work directly with the Sales Director to keep the engine running: clean CRM data, coordinated proposals, smooth deal handoffs, and the kind of proactive follow-through that lets our Customer Managers focus on winning and growing accounts rather than chasing paperwork.
What You’ll Do
- Keep HubSpot CRM updated and accurate
- Track sales opportunities and prepare simple reports
- Create, organize, and manage proposals, contracts, and SOWs
- Check that all documents are complete before deals are finalized
- Help hand over new deals from Sales to Delivery teams
- Work with Finance, Marketing, and Delivery teams to keep information accurate
