Sales & Operations Coordinator

Our client in the events and entertainment industry is seeking a Junior Sales & Operations Manager to join their team in Cape Town CBD on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will drive sales growth, manage client relationships, oversee daily operations, coordinate events and staff, and ensure exceptional customer experiences across all bookings and events.

Requirements:

  Matric (Grade 12)

  Proven experience in sales, business development, client services, operations, or event management

  Strong experience in lead conversion, customer relationship management (CRM), and account management

  Pipedrive CRM experience highly advantageous

  Proficient in Google Workspace; Xero experience advantageous
